| Registration is NOT necessary. You can simply show up on the day of your choosing (be sure to sign in when you arrive) OR choose to opt out and pay $200. Only One adult member from each household is obligated. Senior Guests are not required to attend spring cleaning or pay the opt out fee.

WORK PLANNED BY WEEK
Week 1:
- Blowing and removal of leaves, debris, sticks from all grounds/ courts/ play areas
- Raking
- Trimming bushes/ trees
- Weeding/ edging flower beds in order to prep for mulching/ pea stone
- Clearing out bathrooms of stored furniture
- Power washing furniture and concrete surfaces
- Power wash tennis courts
Week 2:
- Wrap up blowing and removal of leaves, debris, etc.
- Spreading mulch
- Tennis court crack sealing
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Touch up painting if necessary
- General maintenance
Week 3:
- Finish spreading mulch
- Cleaning/ organizing office
- Miscellaneous punch list items........
